Thank you for choosing Lovrila.com. We want you to shop with confidence, so we have crafted a clear and flexible return policy that follows U.S. consumer-protection guidelines while acknowledging the unique nature of wig products.


1 | Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and unworn, with all original tags, hygiene seals, and packaging intact.

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking record.

  • Final-sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • For hygiene reasons, any wig that shows signs of wear, styling products, cutting, or odor cannot be accepted.

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and offer either a full refund or an exchange—your choice.


2 | How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a short description of the reason (this helps us improve).

  3. Our Customer Care team will reply within one business day with a prepaid label (if applicable) and step-by-step instructions.


3 | Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within 1–3 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

  • If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement as soon as the returned item is scanned by the carrier.


4 | Free Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. We will:

  • Email you a prepaid return label;

  • Provide either a full refund or a replacement wig at no additional cost;

  • Handle all paperwork with the carrier so you don’t have to.


5 | Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Gift cards;

  • Wigs or accessories that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery;

  • Final-sale or clearance merchandise clearly marked “Non-Returnable.”


6 | International Returns

We gladly accept eligible returns from outside the United States. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. Our support team will guide you through customs documentation to prevent delays.
