Thank you for choosing Lovrila.com. We want you to shop with confidence, so we have a clear and flexible return policy that follows Canadian consumer protection guidelines and takes into account the unique nature of wig products.

1 |  Return and Exchange Eligibility

Items must be unused, unaltered, unworn, with all original tags, hygiene seals and packaging intact.

Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking record.

Final sale items, clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

For hygiene reasons, any wigs that show signs of wear, styling products, cutting marks or odors will not be accepted.

If the item you received is damaged, defective or does not meet your requirements, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange (your choice).

2 | How to request a return or exchange

Please email info@lovrila.com within 30 days of receiving your return.

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and a brief description of your reason (this helps us improve).

Our customer service team will respond within one business day with a prepaid return label (if applicable) and step-by-step instructions.

3 | Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Original outbound shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect.

If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship a replacement as soon as the carrier scans the returned item.

4 | Free returns for damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will:

Send you a prepaid return label via email;

Provide a full refund or replacement wig at no additional cost;

Handle all paperwork with the carrier, eliminating your worries.

5 |  Non-returnable Items

For the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns on the following items:

Gift Cards;

Wigs or accessories that have been worn, altered, or damaged since delivery;

Final sale or clearance items that are clearly marked "non-returnable".

6 |  International Returns

We gladly accept eligible returns from outside of Canada. Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Our customer service team will guide you through customs procedures to avoid delays.
